AWKN Ranch is run by a tight group of founders, resident practitioners, and visiting facilitators. Most of us live on the land or close to it. Most of us have come to this work through our own healing.
Resident practitioners rotate seasonally; below is a snapshot of who's currently on the land. Visiting facilitators join us throughout the year for retreats and workshops.

You don't need to arrive ready, photogenic, or healed. The point of coming here is the part you can't post.
Every offering is held by a trained, human practitioner — never auto-played. The medicine is in the relationship.
If you teach, hold ceremony, cook for groups, or care for a property — and the words on this site resonate — we'd love to hear from you. We hire slowly and on relationship.
